Graduated from Class of 1990 of Air Force Institute of Technology, sergeant major Lee has completed sergeant major training programs from Class of 2001 of Reserve Mobilization and Management School and has served on such positions as deputy platoon leader of the Taoyuan County Reserve Brigade, the sergeant major for Keelung City Command and the sergeant major for Northern District Command. He owns complete academic training and rich practical experience in the army
