I. Organizational structure and purpose

This Command has set up a total of 7 mental health centers, including one (1) at this Command Office, three (3) at each of the District Command Headquarters and three (3) at each of the District Reserve Training Centers, to perform mental health (counselling) work and “Three-phase Prevention and Treatment Mechanism” and "Three Counselors System". It is hoped to assist the soldiers in adapting to the life of the troops and promoting their physical and mental health.

An officer providing psychological counseling services has implemented the HRV pressure test on the new recruits of the unit and is explaining the test results

In order to assist the new recruits to adapt to military life, an officer providing psychological counseling services is conducting group counseling for the new recruits.
To promote the concept of mental health, the officers providing psychological counseling services at all levels carry out their promotional tour mission through lively and vivid methods
