Mr. Lee Dong-Liang, The Chair of FAFA, accompanied by Lieutenant General Chiang, the Commander of the Reserve Command (also the Chairman of Board of Guoguang Charity Foundation), and Mr. Tsai Hong-tu, the Secretary-General of FAFA visited the San-jiun Top School affiliated to Guoguang Charity Foundation to send their regards to the military family members. They were guided by Mrs. Wang Chin-lien, the President of the Preschool, to check on the students and learning environment.

         According to Mrs. Wang, San Jiun Top School, the former Armed Forces Childcare Center, was founded by Mrs. Faina Chiang Fang-liang. She saw that the armed forces dedicated all their time to our country and have no time to look after their young children. In 1954, she called for the overseas Chinese communities and philanthropic organizations to fund for the foundation of the Armed Forces Childcare Center. The institute was later renamed as ‘San Jiun Top School’. Having been in operation for 67 years, more than 15,000 children are benefited by the institute since then.

         Mr. Lee sent every child a present and took a group photo with them, revealing his kindness and loving characters. He appreciated all the teaching staff for tirelessly providing quality childcare service. Their services will allow every child to grow up happily and safely. Students can complete their preschool education to make all the military personnel and their family feel relieved.
