Major General Xie, the political warfare director of the Reserve Command, recently inspected the troops in Keelung to learn the facility construction progress and training plans for each unit. He also spoke in a seminar to pay regards to the troops on behalf of Lieutenant General Liu, encouraged the soldiers to develop physical combat skills, build academic knowledge, provide support for comrades to prevent risks and unite the whole troop.

         Director Xie emphasized that the construction must be completed and accepted according to the contract while ensuring the construction quality and optimizing the living environment of officers and soldiers. He also reminded the officials to lead by example in their languages and behaviors, guide their unit towards positive development, and establish a pleasant working and training atmosphere to strengthen the troop's combat power in the face of any challenges.
