Optimizing Reserve Command Officers’ Professionalism

Lieutenant General Liu, the commander of the reserve command, recently presided over a seminar on optimizing officers’ job functions. As the backbone of the army tasked with stabilizing each unit, the cadres should guide the administration office to conduct job assessment procedures and gradually hold officers responsible for fostering professionalism, confidence, and a sense of honor, thereby leading the unit toward a positive direction.

Strengthening officer’s professionalism for a positive development of the unit

Commander Liu pointed out that optimizing the job functions of officers is an inevitable trend, including gradually establishing authorized work items, implementing education and training, understanding their responsibilities, and strengthening their professional skills. Thus, they can effectively manage and guide military affairs, and enhance officers’ sense of honor to become the backbone of the unit and role models for other soldiers. Additionally, they can utilize their professional skills to handle military tasks, thereby stabilizing the unit and continuously contributing to the positive development of the army.
