"In preparation for reserved soldier mobility training aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the reserve combat force, the Reserve Command, along with the unit responsible for this year's initial round of mobility training in Central Taiwan, organized the '2024 R.O.C. Army Mobility Training Demonstration.' Commander Liu presided over the event, which saw attendance from representatives across various combat zones and the armed forces training unit in central Taiwan. The Ministry of National Defense and the Army Command Headquarters also participated in the event. The demonstration was conducted in groups and stations, focusing on different stages of mobility training. Representatives from all units were briefed on the changes implemented in this year's training, aiming to effectively accomplish training objectives, strengthen the overall reserve combat forces, and fortify social resilience and national security."
Commander Liu emphasized that the demonstration aimed to showcase the modifications implemented in this year's training following a thorough review and revision of last year's practices, ensuring alignment between combat plans and each unit's mission objectives. To familiarize mobility officers and soldiers with their responsibilities in the combat environment, the Reserve Command conducted comprehensive training by analyzing past errors, addressing current challenges, and designing targeted exercises. Trainers were required to undergo professional courses beforehand, meticulously complete pre-training preparations, establish effective communication channels with civilians, and consistently enhance battlefield management protocols. These measures were implemented to guarantee thorough and effective execution of this year's training program.
