I. Command Office

There are 3 staff groups in the Armed Forces Reserve Command including the Chief of Staff Office, the Political Warfare Office, and the Internal Affairs Office. The Chief of Staff Office is made up of the Personnel Affairs Office, the Operations Training Office, the Logistics Office, the Mobilization Management Office, the Comptroller's Office, the Rear Echelon Administration Service Office. The Political Warfare Office consists of the General Political Warfare Section and the Security Section.

In addition, There are 5 directly affiliated units in the Armed Forces Reserve Command including the Headquarters, the Medical Office, the Reserve Mobilization Cadre Training Center, the National Military Model Cemetery Management Section, the National Revolution Martyr's Management Section, and the Taoyuan Management Section.

II. District Armed Forces Reserve Command

Three District Headquarters are set up in northern, central and southern Taiwan, under which are 18 County/City Reserve Command General Headquarters, including 7 under the jurisdiction of Northern District Command Office, 6 under the jurisdiction of Central District Command Office and 5 under the jurisdiction of Southern District Command Office. Meanwhile, Lianjiang County Reserve Service Center and Kinmen County Reserve Service Center are under the jurisdiction of Norther District Command Office and Southern District Command Office, respectively.
