Lieutenant General Liu, Commander of the Reserve Command under the All-Out Defense Mobilization Agency, recently visited the Mailiao Aesthetic Life Gallery in Yunlin County. Accompanied by Major General Hu, Director of Political Warfare, and Major General Tao, Commander of the Central Regional Reserve Command, he officiated the opening ceremony of the 45th Golden Ring Award and Touring Art Exhibition. Local dignitaries and cultural leaders joined the ribbon-cutting ceremony. The exhibition showcases 67 pieces across six categories—including ink painting, calligraphy, watercolor, oil painting, photography, and video—highlighting the artistic talents of military personnel and promoting the military’s cultural and creative strength.

        In his remarks, Commander Liu said the 45th Golden Ring Award, themed “Protection and Dedication,” highlights the military’s spirit through art, showcasing efforts in disaster relief and readiness. He hopes the exhibition promotes all-out defense awareness and national unity, and that ongoing cultural events will continue to energize the military’s artistic endeavors.
