Commander Yu Presides Over April Expanded Work Conference

Commander Yu recently presided over the "April Expanded Work Conference," convening unit commanders and staff section chiefs from across the command. Beyond commending officers and enlisted personnel for their efforts during the recent "Han Kuang 42" Computer-Assisted Command Post Exercise, he urged cadres at all levels to seize the opportunity to sharpen staff response capabilities, validate reserve mobilization and civil-military integration mechanisms, build stronger whole-of-society defense resilience, and support military operational objectives.

Yu emphasized that experience sharing and continuity are paramount, whether in conducting exercises or advancing major initiatives. Regional commands should draw on lessons learned from each major mission to establish standardized, rigorous operating procedures, and through open exchange of ideas and collective deliberation, bring mission preparation and execution to an ever higher standard — while improving overall operational efficiency and preventing safety issues. He called on all personnel to continue building consensus, sustain robust and steady mobilization capacity, and work together to safeguard national security.
