According to Article 27 of the Enforcement Act of the Military Service System, mobility training for reserve soldiers is limited to 4 times within 8 years after discharge, with each session not exceeding 20 days. However, the Ministry of National Defense may extend the duration, frequency, and scope based on military requirements. To meet operational demands, starting from 2021, the Ministry has extended the "8 years of organization and management" policy for military and non-commissioned officers (excluding soldiers) who have been called up fewer than 4 times, relaxing it to "12 years after discharge."
